At Gold Education Recruitment we know how important Education is to a child’s life. School is a place for them to feel safe, to be listened to and have access to the best education possible.
The Directors of Gold Education Recruitment have two children in Primary School, and that’s why we are so passionate about supporting schools across Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Suffolk.

SUPPORT WE PROVIDE TO SCHOOLS
SCHOOL WORKSHOPS
We have fully funded numerous Primary School workshops, including History Off The Page workshops via our Raffle Reward Scheme, where schools are rewarded for supporting Gold Education Recruitment.
From 2024/25 academic year we are collaborating with Science Dude to fund Science Dude assemblies and shows across local primary schools.

EDUCATION, PTA AND TEACHER EVENTS
Whether you are hosting a school fair or fete, a teacher training event or education expo, we take great pride in supporting and attending such activities and events, strengthening our relationships with the local community and demonstrating our genuine interest in the schools we work with.
From prize donation to physical attendance or as stall holders, at Gold Education Recruitment we recognise the positive impact donations and attendance can have, and have seen first hand how such support has helped to raise vital money for school PTAs, funding events and essential equipment for local school children.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT
We understand the benefit software and technology can have on a school and it's curriculum. We have supported local Gold Education Schools with resources to enhance their teaching experience. This has included purchasing music software for schools to use in lessons and assemblies.
BUILDING A COMMUNITY
We pride ourselves on having a proactive and personal approach to finding the very best placements for our candidates and teachers. One of the ways we build great connections with our candidates is by hosting afternoon teas and small meet up events to give those who wish to, a chance to attend, network and socialise with fellow education professionals. This helps us to support our teaching community and helps to maintain a supportive rapport going forward throughout their journey.
RESOURCES
With our knowledge and experience of primary and secondary school education, we are often asked by candidates for guidance and advice, from everything to managing classroom behaviour, to how to cope in interview situations. This is why we launched our blog, which we add to on a monthly basis. We are proud of the wide variety of resources available, to support and inform education professionals.
