Gold Education Recruitment are currently recruiting for Early Career teachers (ECT) who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience across Essex. We currently support a number of secondary and primary schools with both long and short term cover giving you a direct route into your first permanent position.
As an ECT supply teaching is a fantastic way to find a suitable role to offer you a supportive environment and solid building blocks to begin a successful career in education.

The ideal candidates must have:
· Qualified Teacher Status with a recognised teaching qualification

· Able to adapt well to different schools by being flexible and adjustable to schools policies and procedures
