Gold Education Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to support a long-term vacancy in a good school in Chelmsford. As a Learning Support Assistant you will be asked to support the school working with pupils on either a small group or individual basis. The school itself has great facilities and an excellent support network.

The role is available for an immediate start for the right candidate and the school would consider both full and part time.

Being a Learning Support Assistant is a great entry level position to start a career in Education.

The ideal candidates must have:

· Experience working with children

· Good classroom presence

· The desire to work with children in an educational environment

· An enthusiastic and outgoing personality

· The ability to learn while supporting others

· Able to adapt well to different needs and adjustable to schools policies and procedures
